The History of Body & Brain Holistic Fitness

The roots of Dahn practice (known as Body & Brain Holistic Fitness or HSP yoga in Europe) extend several thousand years back into Korean history. It began as a training program to educate the population on how to develop both mind and body, and was practiced and transmitted by wise men to each generation. But over the centuries the tradition died out. Below you can read a timeline of the history of its re-emergence under the guidance of Dr. Ilchi Lee.
