Brain Education System Training (BEST) is designed to be a simple and easy-to-follow way to maximize your brain potential, so that you can live a healthy, happy, and peaceful life.
The training system is divided into five steps, each one building on the effectiveness of the last. Generally (although not necessarily), the steps are practiced in order as you progress through the BEST 5 programmes. All steps require continuous practice.

The training system is divided into five steps (BEST 5)
Why do we emphasize the brain so much? All of the answers to life′s challenges reside in the brain - if we can release that potential, we believe that humanity can solve many of the world′s difficult challenges.
This is also true for you on a personal level. Do you have too much stress in your life? Relaxing your brain waves can have a profound effect on the stress reaction in your body. Do you have relationship problems? Examining the addictive emotional patterns established in your brain will help you begin to change them, which will in turn change your interactions with others. Every human problem is created in the brain, and so is every solution.
Through Brain Education the Brain Operating System (BOS) can be integrated to experience a life of intention and create a healthy, happy and peaceful lifestyle.

- Pay Attention: as you develop your ability to master your brain you will experience the fullness of every moment through deeper level of mind body connection.
- I create my reality: this principle takes its full meaning at step 4 of the Brain Education System Training where you will open up to the full extent of your creativity.

Through better understanding and care of our brain, we gain greater confidence and the capacity for mastering all our life skills. By moving our bodies and stimulating the senses, we can activate corresponding areas of our brains. We emphasize the importance of physical training for developing brain power.
